Life Insurance and SMSFs

There is a requirement on self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) trustees that they must consider insurance as part of their SMSF’s investment strategy. GRM can assist with reviewing your SMSF insurance needs as well as provide you with the necessary minutes to document meetings and be kept for compliance. Many of our clients have SMSF’s and often have or plan to hold property within the fund. We assist our clients fulfil their legal obligations as trustees and ensure that the fund’s liquidity issues are addressed
